  2. When you speak with Alexander Reyes, he asks this before sending any text:

  3. “This is Alex Reyes with REAL-EST MARKETING LLC. May we text you at this number about your property, including scheduling, follow-ups, and market updates? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for help.”

  4. We text you only if you say yes. Your consent, the date, and your phone number are recorded in our CRM, and our first text confirms your consent with STOP and HELP instructions.
